Modded Server Won't Start!

So basically, I made an aternos account, added all the mods I wanted for my server, downloaded the correct version of Forge yet when I hit start, it loaded for 15 min then it crashed, I tried to read the log but I just cant make sense of any of it, please help me!

Oh ok, does the mod have to be large or can it be any one?

So i removed like 6 medium sized mods since I didn't want to give up some of my large ones and my server is still crashing, here is my new log
