help i need to know how to fix my server with the error.log file

I'm making a server and, up until about yesterday, everything has been working well. However, yesterday, about 17 hours ago at this time, I got an error.log file in my GroupManager plugin. when I went to see what happened and why there was an error, it said that I was blocked and that I needed to talk to the site owner to get me unblocked. Please help: I don't know what to do. BTW if you ask what I was doing, (This is just to get clear of everything) I was just adding permissions to groups so that people who were new to the server could still use the plugins.
