server does not start when shown on the site

    I am playing with the modpack The 1.7.10 Pack, and when the server is online on the site and I try to connect, it appears that it is still starting. This lasts for another 3 or 5 minutes until it actually starts. Sometimes the counter for the server to close is running out when I can connect
