World Won't Upload for Sky Facotry 3

I started my server today to play some sky factory 3, but when i logged on, the entire world was gone. I was relieved to remember that i had downloaded the world yesterday so i started to upload it. Uploading the folder failed twice with the error code 198 and uploading the zip file got the same result. Is there any way to get my world back? Thanks

i did manage to restore a backup from last night but i lost some progress. I dont need any further help
