your server is overloaded

First delete the mods from the files tab and reinstall the mods

Dont reinstall the whole server just delete the mods, install again the mods and your world is not erased by reinstalling only the mods

1. Make a backup
2.remove mods you dont need
Your world wont be deleted but all items and blocks from that mod will disappear
