Server Crash because of Restart

Our progress was lost when we restarted our server, we worked so hard on getting it done. Is there a way to recover it?

We did but it was at mornings when we start playing, by chance does Aternos have temp saves? This has happened to us quite frequently. We spent 12 hours digging out a chunk for our slime farm and everything reset to what it was at morning.

backups are your only way of recovering progress, unless of course the backup was made before you made any progress
