Server crashed and when back up lost all progress from around 12 CET.

Always ensure you save when leaving a server (/stop should save it)
Apart from that there is little we can do.

Do /save-all in console should help too

We had an outage yesterday which caused several servers to crash. Unfortunately the progress made in that session where the server crashed can't be recovered.
