SERVER LAGS TOO MUCH

I don't have any plugins or mods on, yet my server still lags so much that it's unplayable. For example I can't protect myself from ghast fireballs or eat food. It was sometimes running on around 38000 ms.

try to install optifine or change things in graphics, so the render is faster(chunks, clouds,etc.)

Multiplayer incompatible fml modded server question

mismatched mod channel list

(fixed) Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Not able to join my own server. Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 27, size: 5

What are aternos server specs.
