I can't access the server.properties and need it for a mod

Hi,

In my server MAGMA version, in which I can put mods and plugins, I have put the mod Biomes O' Plenty, and I need to access to server.properties to change something that the mod itself asks for.

If I can't access this file, can a staff member access this file and change it for me so that the mod can work? Thank you.
