Automatic Server Backups

So I wanted to restore a backup of my server, and while I am playing, I always see the message in pink, "backing up your sever" or something along those lines. When i go to check where it is in the backups tab, I only see one from 2 days ago. where can I find the automatic backups that are created in chat in pink?
