Just started my server (IP-piratecraftv1.aternos.me Port-52927) and everything has been deleted. Plugins, worlds, plugin-data, the logs. I am super annoyed after waiting for a whole hour just for the server to start and guess what? Im greated with nothingness. I could ask an owner to put in another backup but this happened before and I dont want it to happen again and again and again. Please help me to stop this from happening. Im not bothered to put in a backup becaus after a couple of days everything will be deleted AGAIN. I put in another backup couple of days past and MY SERVER IS DELETED AGAIN!
My server plugins/worlds are gone.

dont expect a response within minutes on a forum
data loss can and will happen. its not that common but it happens from time to time and backups are the only thing that can save you -
We are able to identify every lost world caused by our system.
Statistics show that compared to the amount of starts every day and the amount of users it happens very very very very*** rarely (Out of outages in our system)
It happens much more often that the world is lost because of bugs in server softwares, mods etc.
In your case it's much more trivial, your server got reinstalled in the evening before.
(Reinstalling is, by the way, also a common reason for lost data, as people just click without reading the warning or they just get trolled by "Friends" who have access to their server.)

If you backup your server once a week or so you should be safe!

if the server owners account was banned you wouldnt be able to access the server in general because it wouldnt exist
