If every now and then the server has jerks, I'd like to know how to fix it, if any plugin conflicts or something.

The LightCleaner plugin requires BKCommonLib. Install it.
I would recommend that you enable Timings on the server (/timings on) and insert them and send them here (/timings paste) before stopping the server. This way you can determine which plug-ins are causing the server to lag heavily
