Takes too long to start!

Hello,

I am just wondering why my server takes so long to start up?

It says c.a: 102 minutes. Is there no way to make it so it starts straight away? Like minehut?

we were trying to fix that we could stay alive. Which we can if we keep it going like this in the corona crisis. This will remain for a while.
