Get Multiverse Portal Data

I am moving from Aternos to self-hosting ;(, and I am almost there. I just need a way to get all of my portal data into the new server, but I cannot find a way to do it. I have the plugin installed and all my multiverse worlds imported, but none of the portals are working (they don't list with /mvp list). I have enough portals that it would be a massive hassle to manually re-do it all, and I was wondering if anyone now of a way to take the Aternos-side data and move it to my new server.
