My server keeps on crashing and stoping queue

Hello aternos team!

I have a little problem I have 1 plugin on my 1.6.2 server but it keeps on crashing when my friend with nick laped123 joins and sometimes when my waiting in queue is only 1/3 left it stop and i need to restart and it goes to wait 500 minutes again so i have one little request could you give me 1 headstart

the plugin that im using is minecraft the last airbender
