Can't join server after dying and respawning to default spawnpoint (keeps diconnecting)

    I died at a ravine and respawn to default spawnpoint, then i lagged for a while and diconnected with this message (Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host) then i keep trying rejoining with normal IP and DynIP both does the same thing disconnects me with the message above. I've tried restarting the server but it keeps happening over and over again. this is the logs.
