my server is offline despite being in the queue

I've started the waiting (90 minutes) and when it was about to finish I notice that It didnt iniciate and I had to wait 90 minutes again. I thought that it was my faul that maybe I didnt realized the time was over so I tried to start the queue again. After a few minutes, in the web says that there is 75 min left for the queue to finish. I checked the status on the game, and there it says "This server is offline" when it should say the same as the web (i mean to the 75 minutes counter).
