''On break''. Well, we don't exactly work at aternos, nor do we have a job, obligations or anything.
We can decide whenever we want to help, and with what, how, and where. And neither would we ignore you, atleast not without a good reason.
Good reasons could be:
- We don't know how to solve your problem
- We are busy
- We can only focus on so much problems
- We are busy in the discord, or another social media platform
And probably more.
So, whenever creating a thread and having a problem/issue, please be patient.
