After the queue the server stopped at loading and ive tried reloading and logging in and out but it is still stuck at loading i would like assistant please

Probably because aternos is for free And now quarantine forces people home And they are bored and play minecraft and are looking for their servers for better fun effects
This has nothing to do with long loading times.

assuming you mean the loading state in the queue,
yes. This can happen occasionally, the server may take a while to load, or is having issues.
When this happens you just have to wait.
