WoodCutter Plugin

I have installed WoodCutter 1.8 on my CraftBukkit 1.8 server. I tried cutting down a tree, and the tree didn't destroy all of the tree at once. Then I went to Spigot 1.8 and it still didn't work. Any ideas why? Also there is no config for WoodCutter

Have you checked your console? Are you sure you have Craftbukkit installed and downloaded the correct version of the plugin? Are other plugins working?

I had craftbukkit and all plugins worked but woodcutter, then I tried spigot and all plugins worked but woodcutter
