Server crashing The 1.12.2 Pack

Hello my server crashes during startup. As of today, the server just crashes and doesn't even start but before that it worked normally. I don't know what to do with it anymore. You can help someone. Please

I am having the same exact problem. I tried reloading the mods and that wasn't a fix either
