I try download a plugin and it wont download. No matter how many times i click it. It shows checkmark. then i go to files and nothing is there. Please!!! HELP

Downloading plugins from https://spigotmc.org/ is currently not possible. Unfortunately the root cause is out of our control, so we can't really fix it.
We are working on a solution. There is no ETA when plugin download will work again.
Plugins from https://dev.bukkit.org/ or https://songoda.com/ should still work.
