For the Minecraft Bedrock Edition beta versions, Mojang/Microsoft has not published a server software.

Hiya, I tried to download 1.16 (got released today, yay); it said: "When you reinstall your server all your settings and your world will be deleted. Do you really want to reinstall your server?" and there is no other way to get it. How do I upgrade?

You will have to delete the Nether, then it should work. I haven’t tried it out yet, but I’m going to update my server when 1.16 comes out (if they release it on aternos today)

If spigot is probably going to release 1.16 by the end of the month, when do you think it's going to be available for the servers?
