My server is always overloaded. Like always 800 to 1000ms! And soo much lag. our server version is 1.14.4 and its just 3 players. Please fix this problem!

My server is overloaded because i have teleported a few times and now my server is repeating until he has done it for 8698 times now my history is full of messages that i heve teleported also i can't walk, jump or place blocks. Plz help me!
