My mod server goes down constantly

Hello, I have a problem with my server. For starters there is lag and sometimes it kicks you out of the server for this. Then for some unknown reason, the server is closed. I have looked at the registry and apparently no mod has problems. Other times the server does not shut down and works normally. I need help. Here is the report:
