Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer

Hi,

everytime I play on my server I keep getting kicked out every 2-3 minutes, and it keeps saying "internal exception: java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer"

I've tried deleting my player file and it didn't work.What do I do now?
