Added a plugin, then did /reload and it crashed. does anyone know what i can do to get more memory//fix this

There is no way you can get more memory. And the problem is not with it, but with the plugin. Share the server logs with the blue "Share" button

For future reference:
It's best to restart the server, not reload. Reloading can break plugins and therefore cause issues.
