cant unban

hi can you help me i cant unban my friend im not the owner of the server,im just a part owner . the owner doesnt play anymore and if i want to unban him it says it unbanned him and hes not banned but he cant get in . his name is Nandeey and my name is SixTeeNke and the server owner is maganplayar

Try removing him from the banned players in the players tab while your server is offline
