To add to this thread, Arcane DM advertised to someone from another server. Don't think that's an option then, unless the server owner of a server did that.

Depends on the bot, for example one I've seen creates a separate channel where only you and a staff member can text, nothing else
And if it's just chosen by the team, how could one earn it if everything just went through the team?
Team are the people who work at Aternos, you'd need to be an actual worker to be a Team member. We as moderators only help/moderate, but don't actually have a job/salary/anything that would come by being part of a company.
Such a ticket system would be way too much for the mods to handle and the current system works quite well(if you don't get a response just send a mail to [email protected])
