When i first log on to the server world i have uploaded, it always teleports me far away from the build.

I have been having this problem recently. Every time i load up a new world for a server spawn and start and join my server, the server freezes like its had a huge lag spike. Then after that it teleports me far away from where i was supposed to be. I figured that there was a command block in the world that was doing this so I turned off command blocks and uploaded a new world that i have used before. The problem is still occurring. The thing that bugs me is that everytime i get teleported, i get teleported in the exact same coordinates as before every single time. Please help.
