When ever the server starts up it will either stay up for a couple minutes and then shut down, or it wont go online at all and shut down in the middle of starting up. I have been trying to play on it for more than ten minutes for the last 6 hours pretty much so pls help.

Is FML a mod, or have you deleted any data from the file, it is "missing signature data", everything else is a warning.
The files have not been touched at all.
Hmm weird maybe try reintalling the server though options then reinstall i think but make a backup as it might delete the world. if it does it will notify you and you can upload the world back
