Mobs not spawning

I've created 4 different worlds in Aternos. They each spawned mobs for the first 15 seconds or so, and then stopped spawning. On the first server we turned the difficulty to Peaceful and then to Hard, and they began spawning like normal, but this solution has not worked since. I have the server settings as an attachment. This is Vanilla 1.8.8.
