I don't know what's wrong, after awhile my server would experience extreme amounts of lag then crash all together. This has been going on for about 2 days now, I don't if it's because of the plugins or some kind of conflict in the config. I pasted the server log below, nearing the bottom the log is filled with Errors. If anybody can help or point out some stuff, it would be very much appreciated. Not good at reading code, i'm chemical engineer, not a programmer.

The error message does not really give an indication what the problem is. It could be related to plugins, the world, overloading or a combination of that.
To troubleshoot that you would probably need to partially remove stuff from your server.
Like, remove some plugins, generate a new world, switch software.
As soon as the problem does not occur anymore you at least know that the problem is related to the part you removed last.
