(Closed thanks for the help) Withers keep spawning with no one with op or console online

Today when i entered the server and there were 5 withers name Aoooo i tried to stop it .

Tried to find the source in game didnt find it

Tried to look at the console but only i have the permission for it

I was the only OP online

It wasnt vanish either i searched everything cant find the source

does anyone have the same issue? Anyone know how to help

it is cracked but whitelisted. Only i have op and no one could have done this. it could be possible but not really i have only irl working people would not be possible to aquire all those nametags and withers!

we had random players appear a lot turned of the whitelist and there was no more of them.

there was one op randomly named ,,help''
