Dupers don't work on the server

Rail and Carpet dupers don't seem to work in my server. I have followed the tutorials of some youtubers and I have guaranteed that it works on the version that I am playing in (1.16.1). I even tested it out on single player and it works. I don't have any idea why it doesn't work on server play. Anyone have any idea? Thanks.
