I had been trying to restart my server, but it sent me to a Facebook unlink page. Now I am trapped in it and cannot access my server page. Any ideas?

Open Aternos in a new tab and try again, it should've been fixed

and i have that problem,but i dont want to unlink whats gonna happen if i unlink server,will i lose him?forever

In the unlink process you set an email and password for your account.
Afterwards you can login by username and password.
