So i recently joined my server on 1.14 with friend and server had 16.000 ping we couldnt pick up any blocks and we would eat food for 5 seconds.This never happened before please help me so i can play again normally

16,000ms ping is not that. Be realistic, eating food for 5 seconds would mean your ping is WAY LESS than 16,000ms.
Is your server vanilla? If it doesn't, does it use mods or plugins?
Do you use OptiFine or a client on Minecraft?
If the server uses plugins, do you use ClearLagg?
Have you tried to join multiple times?
Have you tried different versions?
How many worlds does it have?
How many players does it have?
How many NPCs (if any) does it have?
