Cant start my server (SOLVED)

Hi! The problem i have is that wen i try to run my server, it starts well on aternos, but when i try to join it on minecraft it doesnt allow me. It says "Invalid session: try restrating your game and the launcher" But I've done both of those things multiple times :c
What should i do?
