Make sure that the resource pack has the correct layout.
When you open "Custom_Records.zip", there should not be a folder "Custom_Records" in it.
The layout should be like this:
"Custom_Records.zip" > FIles in the folder "Custom_Records"

Mediafire doesn't support direct download links and for that reason cant be used for that
