Server crashes upon starting

My server crashes upon starting.
Minecraft version: 1.14.4
Forge version: 28.2.23

update: removing time travel mod, vampires need umbrellas and the other two vampirism mods fixed the issue, but i'm unsure of what the error message means for future reference
