1.16.2 forge keeps automatically updating and ruining my modpack with the new versions

I have no clue how to stop it and it doesn't let me revert to the older 1.16.2 forge versions, it keeps messing up my server and worlds I lost all of my data.

Forte 1.16 is still in an early beta state. Until there is a recommend version you have to update
