i was messing with the /idletimeout command and now when i try to login, it will autodisconnect me, how can i fix it?

is ur server of Aternos?
if yes then go to ur console in Aternos.org and write the cmd to unban u/pardon (player)
Or just go to the players tab, click Banned Players and unban you.

Im fairly certain unbanning yourself is not gonna work with this issue.
If you messed the idletimeout thing up, just set it back to 10 in console /idletimeout 10
