Can't Connect to Server

Starting yesterday, I couldn't get onto my modded Aternos server using the static IP. The Dyn IP works perfectly fine, but I'm seeing if anyone can help me get my Static IP to work. FYI, I use the normal Minecraft launcher, not TLauncher. This is the error screen I get:

My friends who are also on the server can both access the server, but it isn't working for me. The server address is TheArtOfChaos.aternos.me.
