Cant connect to any aternos servers: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information

hi, why i cant connect to aternos server?
i can connect with all server, hypixel, mineplex etc... but i can t with aternos, even if the server is mine

when the server is online it says: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information

and when the server is about to start it says "server is starting"

Possible solution?

i can join only by dynip

if i use dynip it works, if i use normal ip like my friend do, it doesn t work but it only says: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information
