Can join an Aternos with dynamic IP rather than static

After changing my ISP (internet service provider) I started to not be able to join any Aternos server that I tried to join with the Static IP and only can join with Dynamic IP. For other servers that I tried to join (with other server hosts) I was able to join them with the static IP.

I am using Tlauncher.

I also use Google DNS.

I was wondering why does this happen and how to solve it.
