Server Crash (Issues to play with mods)

The red line points me very often that "[main/ERROR] [net.minecraft.util.Util/]: No data fixer registered for (mod name)"

Sorry for bother you guys with a very simple error. (English is not my native language, so tell me if my text is not ok to understand)
