cannot enter start my modded server

    i have an all the mod 1 server, and i cannot start it because it say after long time ''[08:36:27] [Aternos System/ERROR]: Server was stopped because it took too long to start. Try reducing the load to avoid this in the future.'' what can i do ? and why stopping for that ? a modded server take long time to launch ! if someone can help me plz ?
