I've been trying to fix some of the lag spikes that my server keeps getting, I'm using the plugin Papermc and it seems to of fixed the lag for my friends but not for me. There are 5 people in this server (including me) and we all live in the same county (only a couple miles apart for each of us) they all have ping ranging from 3-5 while I only get 1-3 bars. This is a 1.16.5 vanilla server, I've tested connection speed with Ookla and it reads 14 Ping, 84.33 download, and 5.43 upload. Help!

PaperMC is a server software, not a plugin tho
