How RAM Is calculated?

Hello! I created a server for me and my friends, and I would want to know the RAM my server would have (Using Magma 1.12,2).

Players: (3,4) mostly 3

Mods: 60

Plugins: 8

Yes, it says 2GB. However is it 2GB for every mode? Because if yes, I belive that modded should get 3GB RAM
