Can’t connect to Bedrock World

Hi all,

I am sure there is an obvious answer somewhere and there is something I am missing. I’ve tried connecting to the bedrock server since the latest update and can’t connect from iOS. I’ve tried changing DNS, flushing DNS cache, using the server’s dynamic address, all to no avail.

If there are any additional troubleshooting steps, I’m looking for those.

I updated to 1.16.210.06 just now and tried again on the original world. Same results.

I generated a new world and had similar issues connecting.

Roman i am not sure what you mean by reinstall server. If you mean clicking on software, bedrock, and then a version number, I believe I’ve done this.

Roman i was able to start a new world and connect. Upon restoring to a backup I could not connect again.

Roman, this is correct. At those times, respectively, creating a new world first did not allow me to connect, then later it worked. Upon restoring from a backup, it ceased to allow me to connect.
